Hey there.

Thanks so much for visiting this page to get to know me.

I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea and moved to Australia after marrying my Aussie husband I met at breakfast in a guesthouse in Istanbul.

I believe life is all about experiences and memories, and travelling and photography are great ways to embrace it. While working as a chemical engineer, I was always planning my next travel destination. After two big round-the-world trips, I realised that my true passion is meeting and getting to know new people, understanding their culture and also capturing their essence through photography so I can share the memories with them. I get the deepest joy from capturing spontaneous moments and always get goosebumps when people are happy with the images.

I feel it is an extreme honour and huge responsibility to document someone’s wedding, as the moments I capture will be shared and treasured for many years, if not for generations. This is why it is so important for you to get to know the photographer and to choose the right one for your wedding day. If we resonate with each other and share the same values, we will create magic together.

    • I like flowers, brekky at a cafe, furry animals, Brussels sprout, gimbab(Korean seaweed roll) and creepy movies.

    • I don’t like white chocolates, Coke, bin chicken, multi day hiking, and bugs(close to phobia!).

    • I get bored of things easily but there has been ONE thing I’ve been ALWAYS enthusiastic for… “PHOTOGRAPHY”.

    • I’ve travelled to 54 countries so far and counting.

    • On the top of my bucket list was to travel around the world and I worked and saved for 6 years to fulfil this dream. I packed 100+ film rolls and 5 cameras in my backpack and had the time of my life travelling for over a year. I met some of my life long friends and to top it off I fell in love with this smiley Aussie boy, who is now my husband!

    • I published a travel photography book in Korea after the trip and I have to say, it was the best feeling, that I achieved something embracing both my passions - ‘Travel + Photography’.

    • I worked for another 6 years for the second round-the-world trip, and this time it was with my husband. During this time I decided to pursue my passion, not financial security.

And here I am. Doing what I love and following my passion.

  • I want a storyteller who documents my day in an authentic way, not just someone who happens to be a photographer on the day.

  • I love fun, organic, and candid images with an occasional editorial touch to them.

  • I want to feel like hanging out with my photographer as if she’s one of your good mates.

  • I would love to share my stories and build a great relationship with my photographer so she can resonate with me and capture ‘me’.

  • I want to be myself, no fake posing or awkward smiles. But I have no idea what to do in front of a camera, so I need a little bit of guidance too.

If this sounds like you, I think we are a great match! :)
